Below is the code for it with the settings on 21/5 which is the settings used in the article. Chande recommended 9/12. Personally I find 21/5 very good for finding flat markets and pegging breakouts from ranges like in the article. 13/5 setting is better for tracking trend changes or even using shorter lookbacks for shorter term trading.
